Konstantinos (Kostas) Grammenos
Physiotherapist BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSP, HCPC, MAACP
Kostas is a highly skilled and dedicated Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong academic and clinical background. He graduated from the University of East London with First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Coventry University, graduating with Distinction.
He has extensive experience across both the NHS and private sector, having worked in a variety of musculoskeletal physiotherapy settings, including primary and secondary care. This breadth of experience has enabled him to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment, tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient.
Kostas’ clinical expertise includes the management of a wide range of conditions, from acute sports injuries and chronic pain to post-surgical rehabilitation and spinal dysfunctions. He combines manual therapy techniques, structured exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to deliver personalised treatment plans that support recovery, reduce the risk of re-injury, and optimise long-term outcomes.
He is also a fully qualified acupuncture practitioner, registered with the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists), integrating acupuncture as part of a holistic, patient-centred approach to care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Kostas has experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams across both NHS and private settings, collaborating closely with GPs, consultants, and other allied health professionals to support comprehensive and coordinated patient care. He maintains a strong commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practice, regularly updating his skills to ensure safe, effective, and up-to-date treatment approaches. His experience across varied clinical environments has further strengthened his clinical reasoning, communication skills, and ability to manage a diverse patient population.
Outside of clinical practice, Kostas has a strong interest in physical activity and weight training, injury prevention, and promoting long-term health and wellbeing. He places high value on patient education and empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery. Kostas is passionate about helping patients regain confidence in their movement and achieve sustainable, pain-free outcomes through evidence-based practice and compassionate, high-quality care.
