Konstantinos (Kostas) Grammenos

Physiotherapist BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSP, HCPC, AACP

Kostas is a highly skilled and dedicated Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong academic and clinical background. He graduated from the University of East London with First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Coventry University, graduating with Distinction.

With extensive experience across both the private sector and the NHS, Kostas has worked in a variety of musculoskeletal physiotherapy settings, including primary and secondary care, allowing him to develop a broad, evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment.

His clinical expertise covers the management of a wide range of conditions, from acute sports injuries and chronic pain to post-surgical rehabilitation and spinal dysfunctions. Kostas combines manual therapy techniques, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to deliver tailored treatment plans that promote recovery, prevent re-injury, and optimise long-term health.

He is also a fully qualified acupuncture practitioner, registered with the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists), and integrates this within his holistic approach to patient care.

Kostas is passionate about helping patients regain confidence in their movement and achieve sustainable, pain-free results through evidence-based practice and compassionate care.
